Where nature is most beautiful, the best place to practice your sporting activities is outside. Therefore we would like to suggest a few sports here.

Hiking on Rügen

On approx. 11 different hiking trails you can enjoy the island and its unique nature on foot for approx. 800 km. Where do you hear the sound of the waves and the screeching of the seagulls while hiking or can you take a break at a fine sandy bay?

Many of the hiking routes lead you to the Mönchgut in the southeast, to Jasmund in the north-east or to the Wittow peninsula. Finally, on the island of Hiddensee you will hike completely relaxed without being disturbed by motorized vehicles.

Cycling on Rügen

As well as the well-developed hiking trails, you will also find cycle paths on Rügen which lead you to the various natural sites. If the tailwind is too strong, you will also have the opportunity to experience the "RADsfatz" of the local transport company Vorpommern-Rügen. During the summer timetable (mid-May to mid-October) buses with bicycle trailers that can load up to 12 bicycles are on the way on the island.
You didn't come to us on your own bike? No problem, we will gladly provide you with a suitable wheel.

Why do you spend your holiday on Rügen? One of the many reasons will certainly be the sea or the Baltic Sea. So you can spend your holiday not only on the water, but also on the water. Golfen on Rügen

Rügen is also a golfers' paradise with four different golf courses on the island. The closest to our house is the golf centre Granitzhof in front of Binz. You can improve your handicap on a total area of approx. 700,000 m², with the 18-hole golf course, a driving range and a play golf course/putting course at your disposal.
